- 155 × 125 mm, approximately 10 mm total thickness.
- Weight
- 320 to 340 grams depending on the stone.
- Construction
- 5 to 6 mm of natural stone bonded to a 3D printed backing structure with integrated magnets. Not a solid slab.
- Compatibility
- Valve Steam Machine. Attaches magnetically in place of the standard faceplate. No modification to the machine.
- Thermal
- Tested under 30 minutes of combined CPU and GPU load. No measurable temperature increase against the standard faceplate.
Natural material
Every piece is different. Each faceplate is cut from a natural stone block. The veining runs through the material in its own way, so no two pieces are identical and none will match the photographs exactly.
Each plate is individually selected before dispatch, but an exact pattern cannot be requested or reproduced.
Shipping
Prices are the same worldwide and are shown in USD.
Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are charged by the destination country and paid by the customer on delivery. They are not included in the price.
Each piece is dispatched in a cut foam box, tracked and insured. Lead time is 3 to 4 weeks from order.
Returns, cancellation and damage
Consumers resident in the European Union may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, contact us in writing at the address below before returning anything. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Items must be returned unused, complete with the backing structure and magnets undamaged, and in their original protective packaging. Items showing adhesive residue, chipping, scratching or any sign of installation cannot be accepted.
Each faceplate is photographed before dispatch and dispatched insured. Damage occurring in transit must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery and must be supported by photographs of the item, of the foam insert and of the outer carton, taken before any packaging is discarded. Carrier claims cannot be filed without this evidence, and requests submitted after 48 hours or without photographs of the packaging cannot be processed. Where a transit claim is upheld, the item is replaced at no cost to the customer.
Variation in colour, veining and surface pattern between individual pieces is an inherent characteristic of natural stone and is not considered a defect.
